*Not recommended for younger clients
*Provides out-patient primary medical and dental care, and mental health and substance abuse services, at various sites in Boston including Boston Medical Center (BMC) and Mass General Hospital (MGH) as well as many homeless shelters, soup kitchens and detox units.
*South End Community Health Center is one of the Healthcare for the Homeless sites. Appointments only. This site provides dental care for aduts and adolescents. Oral surgery and restorative care- including bridges, fillings, crowns, and dentures- are available to homeless adults.Call 617-424-8724.

*Sees people easily
*Clients who have been rejected from Mass Health are appropriate
Children's Hospital 300 Longwood Ave. Boston 617-355-6000 *Appropriate for clients under 17
*Will not take on for primary care if client is 16 or older
*Call for info / fees.
New England Medical Center 260 Tremont Street Boston 617-636-6000 *Excellent free care
*Bridge staff can make physical appointment for client, who will need to bring in ID and paystub, if working. Once a client has completed a physical, s/he is in system for emergency / primary care.
*Especially good for Trinity clients.
St. Francis House (connected with Healthcare for the Homeless) 39 Boylston Street Boston 617-542-4704 *Dental: Non-urgent care
*To enter program, patient must go to St. Francis House for screening and referral. 
*Walk-ins are OK on T, Th, from 8:30 – 11 a.m., at St. Francis House
*After screening, patient will be referred to the Dental Clinic located in the South End Community Health Center, 1601 Washington St.
