FAQs:
Do I need to pay for MCAS preparation classes?
No, the MCAS classes are a free service provided by the Community Colleges.

Can anyone take the classes?
No, you must be a student from the classes of 2003-2005, who finished school but still needs to pass the MCAS, or a current high school senior who is trying to pass the MCAS.

Why should I talk to a Career Counselor about the MCAS?
Because a Career Counselor can help you determine the best plan of action, including help with employment, personal counseling or alternative approaches to your education.

Why do I need to pass the MCAS?
Because, according to a recent study, a person who receives their high school diploma makes, in their life time, a half a million dollars more than some one who does not. A high school diploma or its equivalent is a very important part of taking the next step in life.
