General Services for Ex-Offenders

If you have a criminal record and are having issues finding employment a The Work Place career counselor/job developer can help you:

• Understand your C.O.R.I. report
• Learn how to job search with a criminal record
• Refer you to The Work Place classes to help you deal with your C.O.R.I.
• Help you develop a resume and cover letter
• Put you in touch with C.O.R.I. friendly employers
• Instruct you how to handle the criminal record issue in an interview

If you decide to work with a career counselor/job developer you can do the following:

• Attend a Welcome Session and become a The Work Place member
• Schedule an appointment with one of our C.O.R.I. expert job developers
